Why pay for a flu jab?
Flu can knock anyone off their feet for a week or more — and if you work, care for others, or simply can’t afford to be ill, prevention is worth it. The NHS only offers free jabs to certain groups, so if you’re a healthy under-65 you’ll usually need a private vaccination. It’s the same protection, available without the wait.

Eligible for a free NHS jab?
If you’re 65 or over, pregnant, a carer, or have certain health conditions, you may qualify for a free NHS flu jab instead — just ask and we’ll check.

Early in the flu season (autumn) gives you protection before flu spreads, but it’s worth having any time during winter.
