This website is run by St Marks Pharmacy, an independent NHS community pharmacy at 42 Derby Road, Southport, PR9 0TZ, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises GPhC No. 1089480).

Bookings and enquiries

When you submit the booking or enquiry form, you are sending us a request — not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm. Appointments and services depend on availability and, where relevant, on a clinical assessment and your suitability for the service. We may decline or refer a request where it is not clinically appropriate.

We work hard to keep the information, services, and prices on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete or current. Prices for private services are a guide and may change; the price that applies is the one confirmed with you at the time of your appointment.
